Academics and students studying in fields relating to the theme of the conference, as well as other interested parties, are invited to register for the conference. The registration fee is payable in South African Rand (ZAR). The registration fee pays for attendance to the events on the 31 August, 1 & 2 September.
Participants who wish to attend the Create Design Thinking Workshop on the 3 September are required to pay an additional fee which is available on the registration form. Students registered at recognized tertiary institutions are again given a discounted fee.
Please note that a 20% late registration penalty takes affect from 1 Aug 2015. From 1 August, registration fees are:

Once you have registered, you will receive an invoice with payment details. Your registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received. No accommodation booking is held until full payment has been received.
Payment can be made by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), or by credit card. Once payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming that your place at the conference is secured.

Registration for the Emerging Technologies and Authentic Learning in Higher Vocational Education Conference 2015 is subject to the Terms and Condition below.
The “Student” registration category means that you are a REGISTERED student of a tertiary institution with a valid student number that can be verified with your institution. Registration for the conference will ONLY be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payments can be made via EFT/SWIFT Transfer.
Applicants will be sent an electronic invoice to the email address specified in the registration form. Please ensure billing details are entered correctly in the registration form. Payment must be made to the bank account specified on the invoice.
All cancellations must be received in writing prior to 31 July 2015. Cancellations received after 31 July 2015 will result in an administration fee of 10% of the total invoiced amount. In the event of cancellation refunds will only be processed after the conference and any payments made will only be refunded to the person/entity that made the original payment.
Substitutions are permitted if full details of substitution are given in writing before 31 July 2015.
